At Vega IT every one of us can nominate a colleague as a "Colleague of the month", at any time. It is enough to write a single sentence stating why you're nominating that person. Anonymous online voting is organized at the end of each month. Our "Colleague of the month" in August was Maja Neducic, and this is the reason why:
Organizing team building trips is not easy and definitely not something that anyone can do, so that in the end everything turns out perfect.
As the company expands, it is natural that the number of people going to team building trips grow as well, which makes such organization a challenge.
This year, 69 people joined this trip, so I would like to nominate Maja Neducic as the colleague of the month, because I saw how much effort she made in organizing everything. Maja gave her best and tried to please everyone by fulfilling their desires, wishes and also tried to make everyone feel special and not feel neglected, in order to guarantee the best time and lots of fun.
This was a very stressful and difficult period for Maja, but she was fearless and managed to perform everything on time, so I nominate her for the Colleague of the month - August 2016.
Everything about Maja's CV screams Industrial Psychology, and she's riding the new wave of personnel administration as Vega IT's Human Value Manager.
We all have our priorities, and Maja believes that the most valuable assets of any enterprise are the people that staff it. While our designers and builders continuously push the boundaries of the game, she checks in to make sure that we are all keeping a cool head and operating at peak efficiency.
With her sights on a PhD, she also volunteers with Novi Sad's champions of education "Teach Us All," because her vision of bettering lifestyles extends and extends.
With her walls full of certificates, books on her shelves, and a snowboard in her purse, we are grateful that she can manage her time so well that she is able to help us manage ours.
Maja has earned the Master of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology
