We are honored to say that one of our colleagues Ivan Nemeš is going to give a lecture about Memory Management in C# on Tarabica.
But, we have also learned that through knowledge sharing we help our business reach success which we can then use to build sustainable solutions that will eventually make the world a better place to live.

We think that in order to thrive, it's essential to selflessly share knowledge across all levels - from leadership to most junior staff. Because,

Over the years, we have been investing much of our time into a wide array of knowledge sharing events such as workshops, training, internal and external conferences. We have established organizations like Geekstone with the aim to promote education.
Also, we have supported a variety of knowledge-sharing organizations whose strategy, principles and ideas we find valuable and inspiring.
One of such events is Tarabica # IT Conference, the largest tech conference in Serbia, which is organized by a group of professionals who have been actively involved in Microsoft technologies. This conference is a great opportunity not only to listen to some of the most amazing Microsoft experts and exchange knowledge with other developers but also to socialise and have fun.

Some of our colleagues have even given lectures on Tarabica like Boban Mikšin who talked about Test Driven Development. Being a learning organization, we always strive towards building a community that will be able to build top quality solutions. That's why we think that business and the community should coexist in a perfect harmony. As our colleague and CEO Saša Popović once said: “A business is as strong as the community it supports”.
Four years ago, we realized the tremendous value Tarabica brings not only to our business but also to the community that surrounds us. So, we decided to support this event and we have been supporting it ever since. We will continue to do so because we believe that events of this kind help us stay ahead of the game and help everyone thrive both professionally and personally.

This year’s Tarabica # IT Conference will host over 40 speakers and include discussions regarding different approaches and challenges in finding sustainable solutions. It will take place at the University Singidunum in Belgrade, on the 12th of May.
